Speaker Biographies
Nicole Alexander-Spencer
Hailing from San Diego, Dr. Nicole completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA before obtaining her medical degree from Howard University. She furthered her training by completing a residency at UCLA and earning a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Additionally, she pursued a fellowship in Integrative Medicine under the guidance of Dr. Andrew Weil. Dr. Nicole has also received specialized training in urgent care, adolescent health, women’s health, and weight loss medicine.
Throughout her tenure at Torrance Memorial, Dr. Nicole has actively contributed to various committees, including the Physician Resiliency Committee and the Support Our Staff Committee. She has also served as the co-chair of the Committee for the Advancement of Respect, Equity, and Justice. Currently, Dr. Nicole holds the position of co-chair of Integrative Medicine, further exemplifying her dedication to comprehensive patient care.
